In this four-week, small-group, live Zoom short course, we’ll demystify the ingredients of good tone, addressing specific issues as they arise within the group and supporting one another through a targeted, progressive exercise program designed to help you make concrete progress.

Upon purchase, you’ll receive a link to download a pdf “ticket” that includes live Zoom links to all four sessions. The cost of the complete course is $98, which includes all four live sessions, weekly tone exercise programs, and email support as needed for the duration of the course.
